Mirabelli Corporation is a thriving real estate company managing a portfolio of properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Our portfolio includes commercial, light industrial, and a small number of residential properties across the GTA. We are seeking a Property Operations Coordinator to support the Property Manager and leadership team with administrative coordination, tenant communication, and day-to-day property operations.
This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and quick to learn. The position offers exposure to property management operations and the opportunity to grow within a real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Property Administration
- Support day-to-day administrative operations across multiple properties.
- Maintain organized tenant documentation, including insurance certificates, lease records, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with tenant account administration, including monitoring receivables and supporting follow-ups when required.
- Coordinate administrative processes related to tenant onboarding, documentation, and communications.
- Maintain organized property files and records.
Property Operations Support
- Assist with coordination of maintenance services, inspections, and vendor access across properties.
- Monitor operational items and assist with follow-ups to ensure matters are addressed in a timely manner.
- Support communication between tenants, service providers, and property management staff.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of tenant notices and operational communications.
Vendor & Compliance Coordination
- Maintain records related to building services, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with scheduling service providers and maintaining documentation related to property compliance.
- Ensure operational and compliance records remain organized and up to date.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with tracking property-related invoices and administrative documentation.
- Support administrative coordination related to vendors and operating expenses.
- Maintain internal tracking systems related to property operations.
Office & Operational Support
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Maintain internal administrative trackers and operational documentation.
- Support internal coordination related to staff activities and office operations when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, property management, or office coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with tenants, vendors, and internal team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to commercial or residential property management environments.
- Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, or operational tasks.
- Experience maintaining administrative trackers or documentation systems.

Compensation
Salary range: $55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience.
